FOUNDATION CANCELLATION

Before the Program Begins:

There is a 45-day grace period prior to the first day of class to cancel your enrollment into the program. If you cancel your enrollment prior to the 45 days, your deposit and any payments made are non-refundable but can be credited to you for another track or private lesson.

If you cancel after the 45-day mark, your deposit and any payments made are non-refundable but can still be credited to you for another track or private lesson; although, there will be a $500 cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file.

For One Class:

Due to our limited capacity of students per class, cancellations are free up to 24 hours prior to class start time. If you cancel after that 24 hour time period, there is a $25 cancellation fee that will be charged.

For example: Monday at 6pm is your class, the cancellation must be made anytime the Sunday before at 6pm to avoid the fee.

Dropping out of the Program After Starting:

Due to the high demand of classes here at BJIOS, and the limited capacity (12), students who can no longer attend the rest of the program will forfeit their deposit and any payments made to date, and will be charged the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is calculated at 30% of the remaining payments for the current level. This will be charged to the credit card on file, and cannot be credited to move to a later course date. You will be subject to paying the full price should you decide to join a later course date instead.
